The new LechErLeben programme 2024 enables guests and participants to re-energise while enjoying lots of different activities in Alpine areas in the Arlberg region. The core elements of the programme are active exercise in natural surroundings, pausing to think and reflect as well as specific inspiration. The aim of all activities is re-discover inner balance as is reflected in the powerful natural Alpine surroundings – this is LechErLeben!

  • Mondays, 08:45: Bike & Hike with Vinzenz Wingelmayr
  • Tuesdays, 08:45: Pilates on the mountain with Uli Alber
  • Wednesdays and Fridays, 08:45: Yoga on the mountain with Marilena Walch
  • Wednesdays, 09:05: The Lech spring hike with Carolin Feigenspan
  • Thursdays, 11:05: Forest bathing - the power of the Lech mountain forest with Carolin Feigenspan

Price per programme: with the LechCard the programme points are included; without LechCard: € 25,- per programme point

4 p.m. the day before each listing on the you can meet the programme proponents and get advice from them in person.
Please wear clothing appropriate for the activity. Sturdy footwear is required for hikes. If you have a yoga mat please bring it with you. Alternatively, yoga mats are available to use on loan.
