The Biwakschachtel up the Stierlochkopf
There are plenty of luxury hotels in Lech. But since July 2010 "back to basics" is in. As now a solid wooden hotel stands at the Stierlochkopf's summit, a luminous cube at 2,354 metres. The little crown on top of the peak can even be seen from the valley. The Biwakschachtel is not "just" emergency accommodation for lost mountaineers. Treat yourself to a different kind of time out.
